Return Process

  Place the items in their original CAINTÈ packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective film is intact.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
